١. من نحن
مصاري سوفت (Masary Soft) برنامج يعمل على جهازك ويحفظ بياناتك عليه، من منظومة Masary Soft. هذه الصفحة تشرح ما نجمعه وما لا نجمعه، ولماذا، وكيف تتواصل معنا. نفس الممارسات تنطبق على برنامجنا الآخر: أقصى لاب.
٢. بياناتك التجارية تبقى على جهازك
البرنامج يعمل بدون إنترنت. الفواتير والعملاء والموردون والمخزون والحسابات وكل سجلاتك تُحفظ في قاعدة بيانات مشفّرة على جهازك فقط، ولا نرسلها إلينا ولا نطّلع عليها. لا نستخدم بياناتك للإعلانات، ولا نبيعها، ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث.
إذا فعّلت المزامنة مع خادم شركتك (اختياري)، تُرسل البيانات إلى خادم شركتك على نطاق devunity.online، ونحن نستضيفه نيابةً عن شركتك، وهي صاحبة البيانات والمتحكمة فيها.
٣. ما يرسله التطبيق إلينا
للتحقق من الترخيص وحماية البرنامج، يرسل التطبيق بشكل دوري طالما الجهاز متصل بالإنترنت رسالة تحقق قصيرة. إن لم يوجد اتصال يعمل التطبيق كالمعتاد ولا يُرسل شيئًا.

تظهر هذه البيانات في لوحة التحكم الخاصة بنا ليراها فريق الدعم والتراخيص فقط.
٤. لماذا نجمعها
- التراخيص: التأكد من أن التجربة أو الترخيص ساري، ومنع استخدام ترخيص واحد على أجهزة أكثر مما اشتريته، وإصدار مفتاح جديد عند تغيير الجهاز.
- الأمان: حماية البرنامج من إساءة الاستخدام، وحماية حسابك وبياناتك من إساءة الاستخدام.
- التحديثات والدعم: معرفة الإصدار الذي تستخدمه وعلى أي نظام لنساعدك عند حدوث مشكلة ونتأكد من توافق التحديثات.
لا نستخدم هذه البيانات للإعلانات ولا للتتبّع التسويقي، ولا نبيعها.
٥. بيانات أخرى يتصل بها التطبيق
- طلبات الخدمة: يتصل التطبيق بخوادم devunity.online لتقديم الخدمة والتحديثات، ولا تحمل هذه الطلبات بيانات شخصية غير المذكورة أعلاه.
- تقارير الأعطال: عند حدوث خطأ غير متوقع قد يُرسَل تقرير تقني (نوع الخطأ والإصدار ونظام التشغيل) إلى خدمة تشخيص الأعطال Sentry لنُصلح المشكلة. تُحذف المعرّفات الشخصية الواضحة من النص قبل الإرسال، ولا يتضمن التقرير سجلاتك التجارية.
- التحديثات: نسخة متجر Microsoft يحدّثها المتجر نفسه ولا يبحث التطبيق عن تحديثات بمفرده.
٦. التخزين والأمان والاحتفاظ
قاعدة بياناتك المحلية مشفّرة، والاتصال بخوادمنا مشفّر (HTTPS). نحتفظ ببيانات الترخيص والجهاز طوال مدة الترخيص ولمدة لازمة بعدها للأمان والالتزام بالقوانين، ثم نحذفها أو نُخفي هويتها.
٧. حقوقك
يمكنك أن تطلب منا الاطلاع على بيانات الجهاز والترخيص المرتبطة بك، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها. للطلب تواصل معنا بالطريقة أدناه. حذف البرنامج من جهازك يحذف بياناته المحلية في نسخة المتجر، وننصحك بأخذ نسخة احتياطية قبل ذلك.
٨. الأطفال
البرنامج موجّه للأعمال والمعامل، وليس للأطفال، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن علم.
٩. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
إذا غيّرنا ما نجمعه نحدّث هذه الصفحة ونغيّر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلاها.

1. Who we are
Masary Soft (مصاري سوفت) is software that runs on your computer and keeps your data there. It is part of the Masary Soft family. This page explains what we collect and what we do not, why, and how to reach us. The same practices apply to our other product, Aqsa Lab.
2. Your business data stays on your device
The app works offline. Invoices, customers, suppliers, stock, accounts and all your records are stored in an encrypted database on your device only. We do not receive or read them. We do not use your data for advertising, sell it, or share it with third parties.
If you turn on the optional sync with your company server, the data goes to your company's server on devunity.online, which we host on behalf of your company; the company owns and controls that data.
3. What the app sends us
To verify your licence and protect the software, the app sends a short verification message periodically while it runs and the device is online. Without a connection it works as normal and sends nothing.

This data appears in our vendor control panel, visible only to our support and licensing staff.
4. Why we collect it
- Licensing: to confirm a trial or licence is valid, to stop one licence being used on more devices than were purchased, and to issue a new key when you change computers.
- Security: to protect the software from misuse, and to protect your account and data from abuse.
- Updates and support: to know which version and system you run so we can help when something goes wrong and keep updates compatible.
We do not use this data for advertising or marketing tracking, and we do not sell it.
5. Other connections the app makes
- Service requests: the app contacts devunity.online servers to provide the service and updates; these requests carry no personal data beyond what is listed above.
- Crash reports: after an unexpected error a technical report (error type, app version, OS) may be sent to the Sentry diagnostics service so we can fix it. Obvious personal identifiers are removed from the text before sending, and the report does not include your business records.
- Updates: the Microsoft Store copy is updated by the Store; the app does not check for or download updates itself.
6. Storage, security and retention
Your local database is encrypted and connections to our servers use HTTPS. We keep licence and device records for the life of the licence and as long afterwards as needed for security and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the device and licence data linked to you. Contact us below. Uninstalling the Microsoft Store copy removes its local data, so take a backup first.
8. Children
The software is built for businesses and laboratories, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
9. Changes to this policy
If what we collect changes, we update this page and the "last updated" date at the top.
